Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@artemanima.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@artemanima.com. We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to resolve it.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, the fastest solution is to return the original item and place a new order separately.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Request a return for the item you wish to exchange by contacting us at info@artemanima.com.

  2. Once your return is approved and processed, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

  3. You may then place a new order at your convenience for the item you would like instead.

Please note: We cannot guarantee stock availability for new items during the return process.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@artemanima.com
